Student Instructors

Aaliyah is a 13 yr old 8th grade student in Bibb County Schools from Macon, Ga. She always liked to dance for fun at home growing up but she never thought that she would one day start dancing in front of other people. Aaliyah started dancing in 5th grade with Mrs. Terra Hitchcock at Veterans Elementary School. She did not know how much potential she possessed to be a GREAT dancer until she met Mrs. Terra. She started dancing and finding true confidence in herself. She started dancing with Kali dance studio going into her 6th grade year and she has not looked back since! She has since flourished and started to become a natural born leader. Aaliyah has what it takes to be an inspiration to other children and be a motivating force through dance.
 

Meet Dakayla Mosley known by her friends as Kayla. She has always been a shy young lady, but music has a way of awakening her soul. Even at a very young age, she would mimic dancers, adding her own flair to their moves. Since 2019, she has been a dedicated member of Kali Dance Studio, where she has been perfecting various styles of dance. In addition to her personal growth, DaKayla has taken on the role of student teacher, guiding budding dancers and helping them discover their own passion for dance. She dreams of one day becoming a Broadway dancer, bringing her love of dance to the grand stage.
 

Maliyah Coley "Miss Maliyah" is a 10th-grade honor student at VIP Academy. She has been dancing since she was five years old. At the age of 8, she started her first dancing classes with Mrs. Hitchcock at her elementary school. Which led her to start getting professional classes at Kali Dance Studio for the Arts. Maliyah's dance training helped to become an amazing cheerleader, cheer captain for two years, and now cheer assistant coach. Maliyah is also a student teacher at Kali Dance Studio for the Arts. She enjoys working with the younger dancers and sharing the same training she gets from Mrs. Hitchcock in ballet and hip hop classes. Maliyah is an amazing young lady that is so gifted with talent and grace. She loves learning to better herself and to better her students.
